Commercial Surrogacy Contracts are Considered to be Quite Legal
In the Northern American State of California and in the country of Israel commercial surrogacy contracts are allowed and considered to be completely legal. In Israel only full surrogacy arrangements are allowed. The only conclusion, which is possible in the situation like this is that all these areas are in grate need of reformations. Moreover, there are several jurisdictions, such as Victoria in Australia and New Zealand have already come to the idea of conducting the necessary reformations, and they are working over the reform of their law, concerning surrogacy arrangements.
